Don't have a credit card? Don't want to use PayPal? Exisle Publishing also accepts bank transfers and cheques. Phone us on +61 (0)2 4998 3327.

 

 

We offer payment via our secure  128 bit encrypted shopping system, VISA or Mastercard credit or debit cards accepted or via PayPal. Alternatively, you can contact us or phone us on +61 (0)2 4998 3327 to request our account details for Bank Transfer (direct deposit) into our ANZ bank account.

Our Sales Guarantee

We offer a 100% no quibble, full return policy. We do our absolute best to describe our books fully and completely, but if you are not happy with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will either exchange it for you or refund your money in full including original freight charges. (You must, however, cover the cost of returning the item.)

It is almost impossible for an unauthorised party to seize the encrypted data. The authenticity of this site has been established and you are welcome to view our certificate information by double clicking on the padlock or unbroken key that appears at the bottom of your browser when you are on the secure part of our site.

Information and data collection at Exisle Publishing is protected by firewall technology, and we have organisational procedures in place to insure data integrity is maintained at all times.

Exisle Publishing is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Personal information provided by you is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and / or providing you with additional product information if requested. This information may be sent to you via email directly into your inbox (you can of course opt out of such communication simply by clicking on unsubscribe) or by mail in the form of our annual printed catalogue. Again, if you do not wish to receive this, simply drop us an email and we will remove you from our mailing list. We promise that your personal details will not be used for any other purpose.

Your credit card details are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Once your order is fulfilled, your credit card details are not entered on our system.

Delivery Information

Australia

You have the option to select either standard Australia Post services or Express Post. The freight charge anywhere in Australian is kept as low as possible. For standard services it is $6.95  for one book, slightly more for multiple. Express Post (3kg satchel or Express Parcel Post, depending on the size of your order) is charged at $11.99 for one book and again slightly more for multiple books. All Postage costs are displayed clearly when you check out, so there are no nasty hidden surprises.

We will try our utmost to have your products delivered within the desired timeframe. Deliveries within Australia sent via Australia Post's standard service should arrive within 3 to 5 working days, however please note that parcels shipped to Western Australia or Tasmania may take up to 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email advising that your package has been dispatched. If you are concerned that your parcel has not arrived within this timeframe please contact us via our website or on (02) 4998 3327. You can also email us sales(at)exislepublishing(dot)com(dot)au (replace the words in brackets with their equivalent symbols).

If you elect for your item to be sent via Express Post, please keep in mind that we are located in country NSW, and not within range for overnight delivery services. Please allow two days for all Express orders if you live within the Express Post delivery network area.

Other Countries

Exisle charges a flat rate of $30 (AUD) for all international orders. Your parcel will be dispatched from our Australian offices. Please note that international parcels may take up to three weeks to arrive depending on where you are located in the world. If you require any special delivery service, such as International Express Post or courier services please contact us for freight options.

Lost/Damaged Parcels

You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided are correct. We assume no liability for misdelivery if incomplete or incorrect details are provided. However, we will do everything we can to help solve any problems that may arise and to ensure your order is delivered smoothly. Should you experience any problems, please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during transit. If such a problem occurs, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
